5. Payments

While we aim for perfection, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our solutions. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the contract.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. In such cases, you will be billed for work completed till the termination date.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
